“ I was trying to do that-“ she mumbled as she reached out again. She held it out for him this time.

The husky flicked his ears and snarled a bit, he went to sniff her hand again. A few seconds passed and he bared his teeth again only to snap at her hand.

Tari jolted again and frowned more. It must be Cardinal or something...

The husky looked back at Theo with his coconut and tilted his head in confusion.

Tari looked at Theo then at Skye only to chuckle.

“ for now we can, but yes the vet is more important. “ she nodded. She giggled again and looked back at Theo. “ why Bear? Have you even seen one?” Tari asked in a light hearted manner.

The husky seemed to perk his ears up at the name.

Tari giggled. “Ah I see, and it’s fitting “ she commented in regards to Theo.

Bear flicked his ears a few times as he listened in on them. He looked towards Skye again, he was starting to trust them more, Tari he’d have to warm up to still. He sensed Cardinal for sure and he didn’t like it. Bear gave a soft bark.

Tari furrowed her brow as well and put her hand under her chin as she thought.


“ well, I could try and pick him up and carry him home that way.....orrr I can just call the vet and we baby sit him here? Then we can take him home after..” she suggested as she looked back.

Bear inched forward to Theo he was interested in the tiny human, as well as the second tiny human, in which Neo giggled happily.

“ alright sounds like a plan. and yeah...I’m sorry about that Theo but Skye is right he could belong to somebody “ Tari said.

Bear just made a huff of a sound again.

Tari nodded and agreed to both of them. Sympathy showing for the poor creature.

Bear made a grumble like warning and tensed up, his ears folded back and his tail flicked a few times. He wasn’t so sure yet.

Bear grunted a few times at the pets and huffed once more, the pets calming him down. He seemed to trust Skye more out of anyone of them. He was still once more

Tari furrowed her brow “ I do, but I dunno if bear would let me...I think he smells or senses Cardinal somehow...is he too heavy?” she was hesitant.

Bear huffed at Tari’s direction with a bit of attitude. He was completely calm though.

Neo looked at Theo with some confusion as if to say ‘ why are you carrying me? ‘

I don’t think you’re tiny arms are weak though...

Though her head perked up at that. “ wait yes! I’ll call her. We might just be able to do this-“ She smiled and she pulled up the screen on her meta arm and called Lucinia.

Bear sort of lifted off the ground but not enough. He gave Skye a bark almost as if to say ‘you tried!’.

“ heh, hey Luce. Yeah uh some explination, we found a dog in the park and it’s leg is banged up bad..we can’t pick it up at all so I was wondering if you could help us? If you’re busy I understand..” Tari asked.

Bear barked along.

Tari sighed in relief “ ok. Thanks Lucinia. You’re a savior “ she nodded.

Bear tilted his head at the talking voice and was extremely confused.

Tari shrugged “ ..Theo just found him..and he didn’t have a collar or anything. And thanks for showing up Lucinia. Dogs are surpisingly heavy “ she chuckled a bit.

Bear looked over at Lucinia and folded his ears only to growl and lash his tail, on the defensive once more , he wasnt familiar with her.
